The Information Centre: What is it?
Information Centre at Optimum Health Vitamins is a unique and valuable resource for clients looking to answer health-related questions and learn more about supplements. Our goal is to teach our clients to make their own good decisions with the most powerful health tool available: education. We offer a huge selection of reference material inside the Southside location of Optimum Health which contains:

How can I use it?
The Info Centre is currently in transition and we do not have a full-time attendent on staff. Send us an e-mail or come into the store for any of our certified health professionals to help you with the following services from the Optimum Info Centre:
- Locate information on general products and health protocols
- Provide printouts of up-to-date scientific research
- Photocopy health articles to enhance your understanding
- Offer book recommendations that you may want to purchase
- One-on-one health coaching (See our consultation page for a list of available services)

How much does it cost?
Our education centre is absolutely free and accessible to the general public during regular business hours. Please call, send an e-mail or come into the store today for valuable information to inform your important health decisions. For those unable to visit our Southside location, we encourage your communication via email. Please anticipate a maximum of 48 hours reply time on any given question, excluding weekends.
